Suzanne Miller has been dancing for eighteen years, studying in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and hip hop. She has been a senior dancer in Agapé for five years, performing at a variety of local nursing homes and libraries. At the age of 10 she performed at Carnegie Hall, and at the age of 13 she performed in Cinderella on Broadway with Colin Mochrey. She also performed at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia with Agapé Performing Arts Theatre . She has also performed at Disney World and Universal Studios, and King's Dominion. She was recently one of two featured dancers in a new Hip Hop Aerobics video produced by Nekea Brown. She was selected to compete at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood, California, in August 2006 as a member of Team USA. She came home with the overall Senior World Championship in Hip Hop, a gold medal in Jazz (16-17), a silver medal in Tap (16-17), a bronze medal in Lyrical (16-17), and a scholarship to the New York School of Film and Television. Suzanne has been assistant teaching for seven years, and teaching for two. Suzanne recently moved to New York City to join a dance company, which led to a number of performances in the city together with the opportunity to continue her dance training at different studios. Independent of the dance company, Suzanne recently was invited to perform with Brandon Bryant and Jonathan Platero (both of So You Think You Can Dance, season five) as dancers for an American performance by the popular Swedish recording artist, Agnes.
