Suzanne Miller has been dancing for seventeen years, studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and hip hop. She was a senior dancer in Agapé Performing Arts Theatre for five years, performing at Carnegie Hall, in Cinderella on Broadway with Colin Mochrey and at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. She also has performed several times at Disney World and Universal Studios. She was one of two featured dancers in a Hip Hop Street Jam Aerobics video produced by Nekea Brown. In 2006 she was selected to compete at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood, California as a member of Team USA. She came home with the overall Senior World Championship in Hip Hop, a gold medal in Jazz (16-17), a silver medal in Tap (16-17), a bronze medal in Lyrical (16-17), and a scholarship to the New York School of Film and Television. Suzanne has continued her dance training with Culture Shock in DC, and most recently she attended Peter Sklar's "Beginnings" workshop in Catskill, NY, ending with a dance performance at the Minetta Lane Theatre off Broadway in New York City. Suzanne has been assistant teaching for over six years, and teaching at HeartBeats for two years.
