Cookie Bell brings with her many years of ballroom dance experience. Trained and certified as an instructor with the Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Washington, DC and the home office in Miami, Fl. She has also competed and won on a professional level cross-country competitions. She has been teaching independently for over 30 years, from groups to individuals, teenagers to adults, from private parties to entertaining at nursing homes.
In 1993 she helped to form the first U.S.A.B.D.A (United States Amateur Ballroom Dance Association) chapter in Prince William County. For the past six years, Cookie has taught and organized dance parties at dance schools, country clubs, and churches.
