Online Registration

To Register via our online system:

2. For dance, go to the online link below, enter your family and student information and pick your desired classes. For private music lessons , go to the online link below, provide your information but do not select any classes. Then send an email to rockley@hbeats.com or call our music director, Janet Packa, at 703-440-9000 to schedule your private music lessons. Your online registration will get you in the system in advance and save time in processing your request. Thank you for registering online and for joining the HeartBeats family.

3. Upon receipt of your electronic registration we will respond with an email either confirming your class selection or suggesting a more appropriate alternative. If we approve your selections we will process your payment for your first month's tuition plus the $25 annual registration fee for fall registrations, and for your summer classes and camp tuition for the summer session. This payment will hold your place in your classes. If you are an active military family or registering for our daytime homeschool classes please add a note to your online form and also send an email to rockley@hbeats.com to flag your account to waive that fee. NOTE: Your credit card is not charged until your registration has been reviewed and confirmed by studio staff, or, in the case of music, until your trial lesson has been scheduled in person or on the phone. Upon processing your credit card you will receive an electronic receipt.

4. Finally, print out a dance or music policies agreement to review and please bring a signed copy with you to drop at the front desk when you come for your first class.
