| Body-Sculpting |
Body Sculpting is a class that
does just that: shaping, firming, and sculpting the body without the risk
of injury that can be caused by aerobics or weight training. The class
consists of stretching at the beginning, which increases range of motion
so the exercises may be performed to their fullest potential. The exercise
portion of the class works with your own bodies' resistance and gravity.
The hip, thigh, and stomach areas are a concentrated portion of the class.
Stretching at the end of class helps avoid sore muscles. Our goal is to
bring out the natural shapeliness of muscles that everyone has the potential
to obtain. |
